We are a friendly, efficient practice with an attitude of perfection towards our work. Nothing less is good enough when it comes to your mouth! We have up-to-date state of the art equipment. We love to see children attending, and have a DVD playing on a screen where they can see it while lying in the dental chair. This is great distraction, and is also useful for adults who might need it!
We extend a kind, gentle & understanding attitude towards all our patients, as we see them as people first, and then patients who may be in need of our expertise.

Dr. Alice Cleary B.D.S NUI
Alice graduated from University College Cork in 2009, and with a wealth of experience and postgraduate training, has recently returned to her hometown of Cork to join the team at Ballincollig Dental. She has worked for many years in a private general practice in Cornwall and enjoys all areas of preventive and restorative dentistry. During that time she also enjoyed a year working in Australia, including time spent in the remote location of Thursday Island, providing emergency dental care for this isolated community.
Alice has a keen interest in helping adult patients, of all ages, achieve more confidence in their smile. She can help patients with this goal, through the use of short-term, cosmetic braces for teeth-straightening as a certified provider of the Six Month Smiles system.
In 2017, Alice undertook additional full-time training at Cardiff University, so that she could offer patients more treatment options for replacing missing teeth, and successfully completed her MSc in Dental Implantology in September 2018 with Distinction. She is also a member of the International Team for Implantology (ITI).
Outside of work, Alice enjoys yoga, swimming and a cup of tea with a good book.
Marie brings a wealth of expertise. Marie graduated from UCC in 2005. She worked in a family practice in Scotland for the following 3 years, earning MFDS from the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh. Following a year travelling and working in rural elderly dental care in Australia, she returned to the UK and continued her practice in family dental care where she stayed for 8 years before returning home to her hometown Ballincollig in 2018. Alongside general practice, she has gained a further postgraduate certificate in Restorative Dentistry, provides Botox anti wrinkle treatments and carries out Six Month Smiles orthodontic treatments for her patients. She loves the variety that comes with family dental practice.
